No claim agreement through this site
Viewing this website, emailing the company, or submitting a recovery review request does not by itself create a recovery engagement, agency relationship, or promise that a claim will be accepted or paid. Any service arrangement should identify the contracting entity and be reviewed and agreed in writing.
Fees and service arrangements
Fees and permitted arrangements vary by jurisdiction, claim type, and the written service arrangement. Recover and Retain’s policy is simple: no upfront fees. You do not pay Recover and Retain before a successful recovery. Any success-based fee and outcome terms will be explained and agreed in writing before assistance begins. This website does not create a universal fee schedule.
