Unclaimed property processes vary by state, agency, type of owner, and claim. You can manage a direct claim yourself, or choose our managed assistance with the work involved in researching, preparing, and following up on it.
If you claim directly, you manage the claim yourself.
You remain responsible for identifying and supporting the claim, completing the forms, arranging notarization where required, submitting it, and responding to requests from the government agency. The agency may provide instructions, forms, FAQs, or general assistance.
