Recover and Retain LLC is a New Mexico domestic limited liability company. It is not a government agency, does not represent a government agency, and does not claim government endorsement. Company formation does not by itself confer a professional license or state approval.
Government decisions
The government agency or program holding the property determines its own eligibility requirements, reviews evidence, approves or rejects claims, and controls its payment process. Recover and Retain does not control those decisions.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a property record belongs to a particular person or business, that a claimant is eligible, that a claim will be approved, that payment will be made, or that recovery will occur.
Fees vary
Fees and permitted arrangements vary by jurisdiction and claim. Any service terms should state the applicable fees and payment conditions in writing before you decide whether to proceed.
