Before you decide

What does it cost?

There is no upfront payment to Recover and Retain.

Our service fee is agreed with you in writing before we begin.

New York law permits location service provider fees up to 15%. That is the legal maximum, not automatically our price.

Recovered funds are payable to the claimant. OSC does not deduct our service fee from the refund.

Our agreed service fee is handled separately.

For a New York location service provider claim, OSC requires a written agreement signed by the owner and witnessed and acknowledged by a notary public. This is an OSC requirement, separate from California’s investigator process.

Your choice

Can the company claim directly?

Recover and Retain is an optional service for businesses that prefer help with research, documentation and the recovery process.
